Brief description of the technology PULS COATING.
The existing technology of using the principle of corona discharge during painting does not allow to paint out angular or hard-to-reach surfaces until the end because of the electrostatic repulsion of particles of powder paint charged with a strong current. If you try to solve the problem by lowering the voltage and charging the particles of powder paint with a strong current, this will lead to paint shedding due to insufficient electrostatic attraction.
To solve this problem, it is required to charge high-voltage powder particles with low current strength, which allows the new Pulse Coating technology to be made.
