Gasoline painting system for airless painting ASpro-8300

 

 

 

AS-8300 - a powerful painting unit, equipped with a gasoline drive. Equipment is used to feed the spray gun and then spray the paint material under high pressure.

 

 

 

Design Features

 

 

 

As a drive pump in the AS-8300 uses a gasoline engine, whose power is 6.5 hp. (or about 4800 W). To ensure trouble-free operation of the drive, 92 gasoline or a better grade should be used.

 

 

 

The gasoline engine drives a piston-type pump with the power it generates. The task of the pump is to pump the paint from the container for subsequent delivery through the hose to the spray gun (spray gun). The liquid is supplied in a pure form (without air) at a high pressure of 227 bar. Passing through the spray gun, the paint is sprayed and applied to the surface to be treated.

 

 

 

Thanks to the value of the working pressure created and the power characteristics, the capacity of the AS-8300 units is 8.3 l / min.

 

 

 

For the convenience of moving the installation on the site, the manufacturer provided large inflatable wheels. The spray gun included with the AS-8300 has the ability to connect nozzles of various types up to a diameter of 0.048 inches.
