Paint spraying unit with gasoline drive ASpro-4500G
ASpro-4500G - painting units using a gasoline engine as a drive. Devices are designed for spraying paint and varnish materials, both for repair and finishing works inside (the use of a gas hose is required) and outside the premises, and for use in industrial and industrial tasks.
Design Features
Painting plants ASpro-4500G are equipped with gasoline engines of the brand Loncin, having a power of 4 hp. (of the order of 3000 W). For normal operation of the drive, it is necessary to use gasoline of grade 92 or better.
The principle of operation of devices is simple.
The engine generates electricity, which drives an electric pump of a membrane type. The latter pumps the paint from the container, which can be used as any suitable container (bucket, barrel, etc.). The pump generates a pressure of 250 bar, which allows the paint to be applied to the hose over a long distance (up to 90 meters). At the end of the hose, a spray gun (paint sprayer) is installed, passing through which the paint is broken into microscopic particles and sprayed onto the surface.
The gasoline painting unit has a capacity of 4.5 l / min, regardless of the distance of the paint material supply.
Power units ASpro-4500G are installed on a chassis with two wheels for easy moving of the device. Supports the installation of any type of nozzle with a diameter of not more than 0.031 inches.
